Jade Reapers 5th Birthday Celebration
 Hello Everyone!  Jade Reapers will be celebrating it's 5th year of Guild Wars and we're inviting you to come along and join the celebration! Our party will be held in Shing Jea Monastery International District 1 Saturday 9th of July 9pm UK Time. This is an open invitation to anyone and everyone who is part of the Guild Wars community so get yourself along and see what's going on! As this is our fifth birthday celebration, this year will be bigger, better and even more jam-packed than our previous celebrations! We have a fun-filled night planned for everyone so you are sure to have an excellent time with us! Some of the things we have in store for you We have a whole range of mini-games for you to enjoy such as: Quizzes "Catch me if you can" Scavenger Hunts Rock, Paper, Scissors Prizes With every game you have the chance win some terrific prizes such as: Bone Dragon Staff Obsidian Edge Armbraces Everlasting Tonics Opressor weapons Minipets Ectos Strongboxes Golden weapons Unidentified golden weapons Elite Tomes Zaishen keys Gold Zaishen coins Silver Zaishen coins Copper Zaishen coins We also have a set of Obsidian Armor to give away (You will be given all the necessary materials for a profession of your choice, Platinum and the run to the Forgemaster) Giveaway Details There has been a Update on how to get Obby armor on JD 5th Birthday party! Giveaway Details To win the Obsidian set you will have to answer Guild-Wars related Trivia questions. The quiz will be made up in 3 parts: Part 1 - Easy Questions. 8 Questions will be asked! When u answer a question correct u get 1 point! Part 2 - Medium hard Questions. 8 Questions once again will be asked! When u answer a question correct u will get 2 points! Part 3 - Hard - Very Hard Questions! 8 Questions so hard will be asked also for each correct answer u will get 3 points. The Person who scores the most points will win the Obsidian set if there is a draw! then all winners will get a FINAL Question. Player that gives the correct answer first wil win the OBBY armor set! Some rules You may not use abbreviations in your answer (ie. SJM for Shing Jea Monastery) All answers must be spelled correctly and fully (Elementalist, not Elementalest or Elemental ) Contact Info If you have any queries then do not hesitate to contact any of the names below and we'd be happy to answer any question you may have. Big thank you to everyone who made it to our party last night
There were a few hiccups along the way but overall it was a roaring success and we as a guild had fun hosting it and hope you guys enjoyed yourselves Congratulations to the winners of our Trivia Quiz, it was a 3-way tie on our penultimate question but a huge congratulations to Adamtimothy Zero - who managed to take the grand prize of an Obsidian set, i'm sure his friend will be very delighted :-P Congratulations to the winner of our Scavenger Hunt, who was given an Armbrace of Truth as a prize, and to our winner of the Rock, Paper Scissors mini-game run by Trixxy -who also won an Armbrace of Truth We may well have a 6th Birthday Party coming up, that will all depend on whether Guild Wars 2 is released by then or not :3 So once again, thank you very much to everyone who participated and we hope you guys had fun ^_^ Last edited by Becca; Jul 10, 2011 at 10:22 AM // 10:22.. |
